The landscape of commercial real estate and perspectives on the future of work are changing faster than ever following the impacts of COVID-19, prompting businesses and landlords to rethink the purpose, experience and commercialisation of workplaces and real estate assets.
How will these changes impact and change the demand and offering of office space in the coming 5 years and is the traditional co-working model at risk of being disrupted by the wider industry embracing and developing more flexible workspace offerings?
Join us as we explore the trends, perspectives and innovations that are reshaping commercial real estate and what this means for occupiers, flex space operators and landlords.
