Passionate about systems change and ecosystem building, I design programs, experiences, and networks that facilitate collaboration among entrepreneurs and organisations with a mission to improve the world.
Based in Southeast Asia over the last 7 years, I have led a range of global programs, community-building efforts and campaigns in the region with a focus on sustainability and social innovation. Right now, I am building a network of diverse innovators and ecosystem actors in South & Southeast Asia focused on solving the systemic challenge of ocean plastic pollution (incubationnetwork.com). I am also a proud member and weaver across the Impact Hub Network, Impact Collective, Techstars APAC Community, DSIL Alumni & an Enspiral contributor.
At the intersection of cultures, I bring together multiple perspectives to find shared value and bridge understanding. I enjoy the challenge of mapping and influencing complex systems, weaving communities and connecting resources to create greater and more sustained impact. My professional experience spans consulting, international development, advocacy and storytelling, but with an academic background in anthropology, human-centered design is at the heart of my approach. I speak and write about issues I care about including the future of work, community building, regenerative futures and global citizenship.
In 2017 I started my own entrepreneurial journey and co-founded of Impact Hub Jakarta, a social innovation community and coworking space supporting a purpose-driven entrepreneurs and organisations in Indonesia's capital city, and I was founding partner of VSStory - a communications agency scaling solutions through powerful, authentic visual storytelling. I'm now an advisor to both companies.
Over the years my experience has taken me to over 38 countries, including living in Australia, Cambodia, Denmark, Indonesia, Guatemala & USA. As a global citizen, I work without boundaries and I'm happiest with my backpack on, exploring new places and turning strangers into friends.
